Jade will use a light touch to listen to your unique craniosacral rhythm and facilitate releases through the body as she rests one hand underneath your torso and the other on top. Starting at the feet, Jade follows your body’s cues, step by step, to the areas that require release.
Session length: 1 hour; please show up for your appointment at least 10 minutes before.
